April 8, 2024, Sun spots and progression of eclipse from first contact

The following photos were taken with the solar filter, a 20 stop image filter. I had to manually focus my camera to infinity before I put on the solar filter and turn off auto focus on the 1200mm telephoto lens and turn off auto focus on the camera. The camera still tried to auto focus at times, goodness knows why.

Sun spots are clearly visible on some photos and not so much on others.

I am anxious to see how this 20 stop filter works on flowing water, rain, snow and blowing cloud.
