A Visit to Rainbow Haven Provincial ParkI visited Meisner's Point yesterday in the hopes of photographing a Blackpoll Warbler but the weather did not cooperate and although I have seen them there this year I had no luck today. I continued on to Rainbow Haven Provincial Park to find and photograph the Nelson's Sparrow. This late arriving sparrow has not returned in numbers yet but a few were present.
Another denizen of the coastal salt marshes is the Willet and one posed for me.
Not to be outdone a Yellow Warbler cooperated just as I was leaving the park.
