180 Degree Double Rainbow and Largest and Brightest Supermoon of the YearLast Friday about 6PM I decided to risk a trip to Duncan Reef to photograph the Ruddy Turnstones passing through despite rain and thunderstorm warnings. Yup, wearing just a shirt and jeans I got rained upon at the Duncan Reef lookoff. I was wet but I was rewarded big time when the rain stopped. A double rainbow appeared over Duncan Reef and with my little hiking camera I took a row of photos.
Last evening the clouds cleared over the Atlantic Ocean and I obtained some nice photos of the brightest and largest supermoon of the year.
