Black Skimmers Trolling
Black Skimmers dropped out from the eye of Hurricane Dorian(post tropical storm with hurricane cat 2 winds technically) into Nova Scotia.
They are desperately trying to find food; eels, fry and frogs from a Nova Scotia salt marsh. I hope this group of eight birds can make it south.
Photos are shot at 6400 ISO, not the best, but it was gloomy and the birds were moving fast so I had to maximize shutter speed at the expense of image quality.
