The Prairie Warbler is an annual regular to Nova Scotia, occurring infrequently in the spring and mostly in the fall. Sometimes it arrives in considerable numbers and is reported all over the province. This warbler primarily nests in the United States with a few small nesting colonies in southern Ontario. Its song is a series of rising buzzes, quite musical in presentation.
