Tennessee Warbler

June 07, 2020  •  Leave a Comment

The Tennessee Warbler is a fan of the spruce bud worm which is a good thing. The fact that outbreaks of spruce bud worm seldom occur in Nova Scotia means that this warbler is hard to find. I've not seen or heard many in my travels.

It is primarily a Canadian bird wide spread throughout the country. The song is a series of three or more rapid trills.
