The Grey Catbird was working the kelp heaps with the American Robins, European Starlings, Savannah Sparrows, Ipswich Sparrows, White-crowned Sparrow and Song Sparrows. The melee was rewarding for all as the offerings were continuous and it was much like a feeding trough with continuous nonstop pecking and swallowing.
