Laura and I often go to Mount Uniacke Museum Estate in the spring to visit with the Painted Trillium. Timing is important with this elegant flower since it has a short flowering season. Last year we went too late and they were spent. This year we were too early and only found a few in flower. Nevertheless its always worth the effort.
